We accept exchanges (free for US domestic orders) for up to 30 days after delivery. Items that are being exchanged must be in original condition (unwashed and unworn) accompanied by the original packaging (hang tag and bag) and proof of payment.

For US domestic orders, we send a postage return label via email 1 business day after requested (pre-paid by us) to expedite your exchange process.

For international orders, we offer discounted shipping options at checkout and for exchanges.

returns

We accept returns (free for US domestic orders) for up to 30 days after delivery. Refunds may only be issued to ​the method of payment used during purchase.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt and whether your request has been approved.

If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be immediately processed. For returns, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that there are no surcharges for returning or exchanging items (besides shipping charges for those who do not qualify for free return/exchange shipping).

Exclusions on free or reduced shipping (and returns/exchanges) fees apply under certain conditions including but not limited to shipping destination, promotional offers, special or reduced pricing, etc.
